Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Theme Weaving (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

Theme Weaving is a multi-tenant design-token engine. You can author Tailwind design tokens for one or more tenants and serve them as edge-cached CSS to your downstream sites.

2. Your account

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and the API keys we generate for your tenants. Activity that occurs through your account is your responsibility.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to abuse the Service, attempt to reverse-engineer it, resell it without permission, use it to host or distribute unlawful content, or use it to interfere with others' use.

4. Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed through our payment processor. Upgrades and downgrades are pro-rated immediately. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; canceled accounts retain read-only access until deleted by you.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the tokens, names, and configurations you create. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and serve them solely to operate the Service for you.

6. Service availability

We work hard to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
